Ongoing costs explained
Hosting, external APIs, retained subscriptions and maintenance are made visible in your proposal. Owning custom software does not remove every operating cost.
Support after launch
Bug fixes, updates, response commitments and enhancements are agreed in the support plan. We explain what is included and what is separately scoped.
The signed agreement defines acceptance, payment dates, cancellation and any refund provisions. Acceptance-before-payment is not a promise of an unconditional refund after payment.
